Application for managers in training

Our managers in training serve as some of the most important members of our team. They play an integral part in our culture, as they assist the management team in the development of our employees. MIT candidates are responsible for the development and implementation of salon services, sales presentations, and sales goals for their location. They work closely with store managers to strategize and execute local business building programs and sales promotions, to expand their client base and maximize client satisfaction. They are also responsible for the delivery of training and educational programs for the salon's sales team.
